Getting the right diagnosis is the foundation for effective treatment. Our clinicians provide in-depth ADHD evaluations designed to understand how symptoms impact your daily life at work, home, and in relationships. Each evaluation includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized assessments, and feedback to guide treatment decisions.
Our ADHD medication management services focus on safety, precision, and results. We offer both stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medications tailored to each patient’s needs. Regular follow-ups ensure effectiveness, monitor side effects, and help you find the optimal medication and dosage for sustained focus and symptom control.
Medication is just the beginning. While medication can help manage ADHD symptoms, it doesn’t teach you the practical strategies needed to be more successful in daily life. Our coaching program helps adults with ADHD develop the organizational systems, time management techniques, and self-regulation skills that don’t come naturally.

Every ADHD treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs.

We take the diagnosis of every mental health condition seriously to ensure you receive an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. ADHD can be complex and typically requires multiple visits for a thorough evaluation. A minimum of two visits is needed to complete the diagnostic process.
To ensure our clinic remains accessible to those who need it most, we do not charge additional fees if extra visits are required to reach an accurate diagnosis for self-pay clients (those not using insurance).
We currently accept Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Medicare.
We will soon be offering Medicaid, Regence, and Tricare. Please contact us to verify your specific plan coverage.
We offer both in-person at our Lakewood location and online appointments across Washington State.
Many appointments, especially for follow-ups and ADHD medication management, can be done through secure video visits so you can access care from home.
In person appointments are available after establishing care as a client.
Yes. A comprehensive evaluation is required for all clients to ensure accuracy and consistency of care. However, obtaining records from your previous provider(s) gives valuable insights to guide us towards making the best care plan for you.
Getting medications requires a thorough evaluation over the course of multiple sessions. If you require refills while transitioning care, please reach out to your current prescribing provider. We do not offer refills without completion of our diagnostic evaluation.
We treat adults ages 18 and over. If you're seeking services for someone under 18, we'd be happy to provide referrals to pediatric mental health specialists in the area.
